Summicron 50/2: Why I bought a Leica part II
When I saw this come up in lightroom, at the risk of sounding sentimental, it brought a tear to my eye.
The last few minutes of sunlight had a fantastic quality to them, this is my youngest daughter with the extreme hair backlighting, I wish I had used a tad fill in flash, but i still like this shot :)
I Love prince Edward Island!

Super Takumar 200/4 : Junior Ornithologists
We went out to see the migratory birds feeding but it was low tide , so they were too far away. it was 26C at our house 18C here! ouch!
Then I fell halfway down a 2 metre cliffside and the girls saved me ( these 2 and my wife , so i have been sore for the last 3 days, what a goof!)
anyway, a shot taken with the Super tak 200 from about 20 feet away to show how sharp the lens is and how windy it was :)

summicron 50/2 :Bowling ball viewpoint
We went bowling and had a lot of fun, for a goof I put the camera on the floor to capture the bowling ball, but then I noticed she did the hold her arms up and balance on one foot to "will" the ball for a strike, so quickly I reached down and guessed at 2.5 metres focal distance and took this shot as she twirled around!

On the day that I took my M8 to the beach we also brought along my KX and the CZJ Tessar 50 from 1953-4 , it had a bit of trouble, for one, its a bit dirty, and it was quite susceptible to glare :(
Her hair looks so fine in the shot, beautiful rendering!
